Montana Chamberlain

Montana has held team management roles since 2009, including L&D roles since 2012 and organizational leadership roles since 2021. He completed an MBA in 2017. Montana joined Structural Enginuity in August 2022 in the role of Business Operations Specialist focused on cross-functional management, human capital management, and marketing in addition to operations support. He is excited to use his expertise in efficient planning and management of business processes and operations to help meet organizational goals for business development, organizational structuring, and team performance optimizations.
