Matt is a hardworking individual with strong family ties and morals.  Coming from a large family, and having a large family of his own, Matt understands the importance of dedication, communication, and most of all teamwork.

He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Trine University (formally Tri-State University). After graduating, he worked 11 years at one of the Mid-West’s most prominent precast manufacturers. He started as an onsite engineer and was promoted to managing the drafting and engineering department where he spent the remaining 9 years of his tenure.

Throughout his career, Matt has managed, designed, and helped detail countless precast projects which has provided him with a unique understanding of the entire precast process; from concept and design to production, shipping, erection, and modifications.

Matt is excited to be working with SEI and growing their precast department by deepening current client relationships, as well as developing new lasting partnerships. Through this endeavor, he is looking forward to sharing his knowledge and experience, all the while, learning and broadening his skill-set in precast and all of structural engineering.
